Children’s Home Manager — Safeguarding & Compliance Lead

My Story Residential Care is seeking a Registered Homes Manager to lead a children’s home for ages 11–17 with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties (EDB). You will be the key figure ensuring regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and high-quality care, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

You will manage day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, records, and partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring Ofsted readiness and robust quality assurance.
