Clinical Deputy Home Manager | Chadwell Heath

From £60,000 per annum

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

JCO Healthcare is supporting a well-established care provider in the search for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join the leadership team of a 49-bed nursing home in Chadwell Heath.

The Opportunity

• Support the overall management and operation of the service
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
• Promote high standards of person-centred care and resident wellbeing
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance processes
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities
• Lead audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with recruitment, supervision, training and staff development
• Support occupancy, staffing and rota management
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Assume responsibility for the service in the Home Manager’s absence

About You

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid PIN
• Experience as a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager within a nursing home environment
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and clinical governance
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes
• Confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and capable of leading by example
