THE ROLE

A Senior Associate is sought to join the London Corporate practice to sit within the Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) and the Gambling team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A, venture capital, growth capital and strategic corporate transactions.

You will advise founders, growth companies, institutional investors, venture capital funds, private equity houses and corporates operating in some of the most dynamic sectors of the economy.
n
Working alongside leading corporate partners and sector specialists, you will play a key role on high-profile and complex transactions while developing deep TMC sector expertise and building long-term client relationships.
n
Clients include those operating across technology, communications, digital infrastructure, software, data-driven businesses, gaming, gambling and other innovative sectors.
n
This breadth of sector coverage generates a significant volume of buy-side and sell-side M&A, venture capital, growth capital and other strategic corporate transactions.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
With 5pqe+ you will have gained corporate transactions experience at a City or equivalent law firm
n
Ideally you would have existing experience of transacting in the TMC and/or Gambling sectors and/or have specific experience of one or both of the sectors (e. via experience working in-house or on secondment at a business operating within either sector).
