Managing Quantity Surveyor – Rail Infra Leader

Octavius Infrastructure Limited is recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of major rail infrastructure projects across Network Rail’s North West & Central Framework. The role focuses on cost planning, forecasting, CVR reporting and commercial strategy to maximise value and performance.

The role offers hybrid working where possible, with a balance of site and office days and opportunities to mentor a growing commercial team.
