Locum Planning Solicitor – Committee Advisor

Broxtowe Borough Council in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Locum Planning Solicitor to advise on Planning Committee matters. The role requires attendance at Committee meetings and providing procedural and legal guidance on planning applications and reports.

You will bring five years post-qualification experience in planning law within local government, current practising certificate, and strong knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the NPPF, and section 106 agreements.
