Head of People & Culture – Education Trust

Northern Lights Learning Trust is seeking a Head of People to lead the people service from the Central Offices in Seaham. You will act as a trusted adviser to school leaders, delivering expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development, wellbeing and compliance.

You will shape the Trust’s People Strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director of Trust Services and drive excellence in service to schools and colleagues across the Trust.
