People Strategy Director — Hybrid & Flexible

Thrive at Five seeks a Head of People to lead the People function during a growth and transformation phase. You will shape organisational design, strengthen learning and development, and build a People function aligned with Thrive at Five’s future ambitions.

Reporting to the Director of Design and Planning, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on HR delivery, overseeing recruitment, policy review, employee engagement, and advice on employment law and best practice.
