Mechanical Design Manger

Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Manager looking to development their team leadership and development skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Mechanical Design team
• Plan and coordinate team workloads and resources
• Ensure designs are practical, accurate, safe, and suitable for manufacture
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and Continuous improvement
• Set and review departmental and individual objectives and KPIs

What We are looking for:

• Proven experience leading or managing a Mechanical Design team.
• Experience delivering engineering projects from concept through manufacture
• Strong understanding of 3D CAD and engineering design practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Experience working across engineering and manufacturing functions
