Fostering Service Lead – Hybrid (Cardiff)

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a experienced Team Manager to lead the Fostering Team in Cardiff. You will oversee assessment, approval and support processes for mainstream, connected and SGO carers, ensuring high quality safeguarding and service delivery.

You’ll provide strategic leadership, supervise senior social workers, coordinate with regional managers, and drive recruitment, retention and professional development across the fostering service to benefit children and young people.
