.NET / C# / AI-Assisted Engineering

We’re working with a growing insurance business replacing its legacy Policy & Claims platform with a brand-new, in-house built solution.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, integrating, and delivering software. You’ll work closely with the Head of Development, who has defined the architecture and technical vision, giving you the opportunity to focus on development and delivery.

Alongside strong C# / .NET skills, we’re looking for someone who embraces AI-assisted development, using tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, or similar to speed up delivery while applying sound engineering judgement.

Experience Required

• Strong C# / .NET development experience
• Proven experience building REST API integrations
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to gather requirements directly from the business
• Proactive, self-starter mindset

Nice to Have

• Insurance or Financial Services experience
• Python (data manipulation / mapping)
• Azure or cloud platform exposure
