PD&MS Group is seeking a HRCL Business Partner to join our HRCL Team in Aberdeen on a full-time basis. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model with two remote days per week and an attractive salary plus benefits.
The successful candidate will lead strategic HR partnerships, manage employee relations, talent management, performance processes and HR compliance across the group. CIPD qualification, strong English and HRMS experience are required.
