A local authority in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their Corporate Finance team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the council’s financial planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budget monitoring, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Support the budget-setting process and Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS).
• Provide financial advice and challenge to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements

• CCAB qualified or qualified by experience.
