Job Description

• Lead and manage the finance shared services team to deliver timely and accurate financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide strong financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• Strong experience in finance shared services or a similar financial management role, ideally FMCG industry experience.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
