Trauma-Informed Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care

YourRecruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in Ascot. The role combines leadership with direct childcare, supervising staff and ensuring safeguarding and high-quality, trauma-informed care.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager, manage on-call duties and contribute to regulatory compliance under the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per annum.
