Job Description:
The Northern Health and Social Care Trust is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN), Band 6, to join a multidisciplinary team delivering mental health nursing care in the community across the Northern Trust area.
You will assess care needs, develop and review care plans, mentor nursing and non-nursing staff, and carry out clinical interventions such as venepuncture and depot administration in line with NICE/NMC guidelines.
