CAMHS Lead Nurse – Clinical Leader for Youth Mental Health

Young Crisis Hub is seeking a Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership across allocated home packages for young people with complex needs. You will own the delivery from setup through to ongoing care, with authority to lead the team while supported by senior clinical leadership.

The role is nurse-led, focuses on safe, therapeutic care, and compliance with CQC and Ofsted expectations. Early weeks include on-site shifts to establish relationships and routines.
