Agency Social Worker: Adult Mental Health & MDT Impact

Remedy Social Care is seeking an Agency Social Worker to join the Adult Mental Health team, working on individuals with severe and enduring mental illness in the Sefton area. The role requires strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act within an integrated health and social care setting.

You will complete care act assessments, contribute to Court of Protection processes, and undertake safeguarding inquiries as part of a multidisciplinary team.
