Senior Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Home-Based

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Mental Health Intensive Support Team (MHIST) in Macclesfield. You will deliver specialist OT assessment and interventions for patients with complex mental health needs, working closely with the MDT to promote recovery and independence.

The role emphasises risk management, adaptive care planning and clear communication to prevent crises and support community living.
