Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Patient Flow Duty Manager to provide clinical leadership and coordinate bed capacity across Adult Mental Health and Older Persons services.
The role includes delivering out-of-hours first line managerial support, working with internal and external partners to manage patient flow, escalation of capacity breaches, and facilitation of complex discharge planning to ensure timely placements and safe patient care.
