Deputy People Partner – Bath: Strategy & HR Ops

Band 7 Deputy People Business Partner in Bath is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the People Business Partnering Team across divisions. You will manage HR operational workload, handle employee relations, and contribute to workforce strategy alignment with the Trust’s policies.

The role involves reporting, analysis, and project work, plus developing managers’ people management capabilities, in line with just, learning and restorative principles and Trust strategy.
