Job Description:
HTB Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and capital projects across our portfolio of sites, ensuring safety and fit-for-purpose buildings. You will drive refurbishment, planning, budgeting, and performance across estates, coordinating contractors and internal teams.
The role includes maintaining building records and supporting AutoCAD updates; IOSH or equivalent safety qualification is preferred.
