Bar General Manager – Nightlife Leader, £50k+ Package

Edinburgh City Centre bar is seeking a General Manager to head a high-energy, student-led venue in central Edinburgh, taking ownership of all operations from social media to suppliers.

You will lead from the front during night shifts, drive service standards, staff development and cost control, with a £50k+ package including £40-45k salary and a 40% KPI-based bonus potential plus around £4k in tips annually.
