Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager with a proven background in commercial fit‑out, capable of managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of fit‑out projects on site
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme requirements
• Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and regular inspections
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams
• Monitoring quality and ensuring successful project handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit‑out
• Strong CAT A and CAT B fit‑out project experience
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
• Available to start at short notice
