Non-Food Department Manager – Lead, Sell & Elevate

Asda is seeking a Non-Food Manager to help run the George and GM departments on the shop floor. You will drive availability, quality standards and theatre in store while ensuring safety and legal compliance for customers and colleagues.

You will lead and develop your team, manage non-food operations, and work to improve stock availability, reduce waste, and shrink. The role requires flexibility for weekend and evening shifts in a busy retail environment.
