Navy IT Help Desk Specialist – Secret Clearance (Naples)

Serco Inc. seeks a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the United States Navy CNIC N6 program based out of Naples, Italy. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship, with a strong background in IT helpdesk, domain accounts, and VTC/telecom support.

The candidate will implement security policies, assist in installations, and provide end-user support across SIPRNet/NIPRNet, printers, and office systems. Travel up to 10% may be involved.
