East of England Co-operative Society Limited’s CSR arm is seeking an experienced ARC Manager to lead the Alarm Receiving Centre and RVRC teams in a 24/7 operation at our Central Support Offices in Wherstead Park, Ipswich.

You will develop people, oversee workforce planning and service quality, and drive accreditation while collaborating across Co-op Secure Response to maintain a reliable security service. This is a genuine people-management role focused on leadership and development.
