Maintenance Performance Manager — Sludge Systems Lead

Thames Water is looking for a Performance Manager (Maintenance) at Beckton to lead and develop a team of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA technicians across the sludge stream, including the sludge power generator and thermal hydrolysis process.

You will control and audit site activity, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets, and drive performance while delivering reliable, customer-focused service.
