Safety & Health Deputy Manager — Build a Safe Campus Culture

WHC Group is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Deputy Manager to strengthen a positive culture across the Watford Campus and wider multi-campus network. You will advise senior leaders, develop and implement health and safety policies, and drive improvements across campuses, including travel to Hemel Hempstead and Luton.

You’ll bring NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) and IOSH membership, with strong communication and analytical skills to interpret data and lead investigations.
