Head Chef – Lead Fresh, Seasonal Kitchen Team

Premier Selection Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our busy town centre brasserie restaurant in Oakham. Serving around 60–100 covers per service, the role focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and strong leadership in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As Head Chef you will run the day-to-day kitchen, maintain high standards of hygiene, manage stock and ordering, and help develop the menu with daily specials.
