Deputy Residential Home Manager – Flexible Working

Barnsley Council is seeking an experienced Deputy Residential Home Manager to support the Registered Manager in a children’s home in England. You will lead the residential team, ensure safeguarding and high standards of care, and collaborate with families, social workers and partner agencies to help children achieve positive outcomes.

You should have prior residential children’s setting experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills.
