Randstad Care is seeking an experienced Adults Community Social Worker in Wirral to support delivery of health and social care for adults and carers. You will deliver Personalisation and Inclusion Pathways, work with adults with complex needs and safeguarding obligations, and provide person-centred support.
Role requires SWE registration, and experience with Care Act duties, MCA, and safeguarding. Hybrid work pattern with 3 days in Birkenhead office and 2 days remote is available.
