Coastal F&B & Events Manager – Guest Experience Leader

Marine Hotel Ballycastle is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our varied outlets including the restaurant, bar, Costa Coffee shop and outdoor dining area.

You’ll drive day-to-day operations, build a strong team, plan for seasonal demand and ensure high standards of guest service, presentation and safety across all outlets and events.

This role offers the chance to shape guest experiences in a popular coastal destination and to develop a cohesive F&B operation year-round.
