Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care (Sleep-Ins)

Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential service in Erdington, Birmingham. The role involves supporting the Registered Manager, leading shifts and delivering person-centred care for a young person aged 9–16 with learning disabilities.

You will promote safeguarding, maintain accurate records and help young people develop independence, participating in education, hobbies and community activities, with day shifts and sleep-ins as required.
