Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and organised individual to help families access outstanding care at home while building strong relationships within the local community.

The Role

• Meet customers and families to discuss their care needs.
• Guide new customers through consultations and onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, charities and local organisations.
• Develop referral networks and raise awareness of the service.
• This role is split approximately 50% customer experience and 50% community networking and new client generation.
