1-1 Home Support Worker | Flexible Hours & Competitive Pay

Vibe Care Agency in Dorchester is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide compassionate, in-home care for clients in their own homes. The role involves direct, one-on-one support and helping with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, cooking and shopping. Opportunities exist for shadow shifts and progression toward continuous 1-1 support after an initial period.

Experience with cerebral palsy or nonverbal clients is a plus. The position is not suitable for sponsorship seekers.
