Deputy Manager – Children’s Home Leadership & Care

SuperCare’s Ninfield-based residential home is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high‑quality care for young people aged 10 to 17 with complex needs. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and Ofsted readiness are upheld.
