Airmid is looking for reliable, compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to support a client in a residential setting in Hackney.

If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care, have a proactive approach to managing behaviour, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

• Location: Hackney
• Pay: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
• Shift Pattern: Saturdays & Sundays, 1pm–6pm
• Working Pattern: 3 weekends on / 3 weekends off

What Will You Be Doing?

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Proactively managing behaviour and using effective de-escalation techniques.
• Communicating clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Building positive relationships and working collaboratively within a small team.
• Maintaining consistently high standards of care, dignity and professionalism.

Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You’ll Need

• The right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months of personal care experience in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting.
• A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Basic Life Support and Moving & Handling training.
• Two professional references.
