Senior Residential Care Practitioner — Lead & Nurture Youth

Espoir Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Practitioner to join one of our specialist children’s homes, supporting young people with learning disabilities. This role focuses on creating a safe, stable, and nurturing family environment where youths can grow, thrive and feel valued.

You will support daily routines, personal development, education, activities and relationships, while providing leadership and guidance to other team members to maintain high standards of care.
