Optical Assistant – Customer Care & Training

Boots Opticians in Haverhill is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our store team. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, helping them find the right eyewear and related services while building strong relationships.

You will participate in pre-screening and support eye-tests, dispense glasses and contact lenses, and provide aftercare while maintaining store standards and delivering excellent customer care every day.
