Lead Care Team in Extra Care Home (12-Month Maternity Cover)

EveryDay, the social enterprise wholly owned by Age UK North Tyneside, is seeking a Team Leader to join Allerdale on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will lead a team of Personal Support Assistants and oversee day-to-day care delivery.

A thorough handover with the current Team Leader and close collaboration with the Area Manager will help you maintain high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
