Senior Residential Care Worker – Empowering Young People

Salutem Care and Education in Bedford is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Orchard House, a learning disability home for children with complex needs. You will work under the Deputy and Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care, support wellbeing, education, and daily activities.

You will recruit and induct staff, manage rosters, follow Ofsted guidance, and contribute to a nurturing, safe environment where children can develop confidence and social skills.
