Care at Home Experience Lead & Community Builder

Avon Search & Selection is seeking a Customer Care Lead for Care at Home in the Camden/Hampstead area. You’ll meet families, discuss care needs, and guide onboarding while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role combines community networking with proactive outreach to healthcare professionals and local organisations. You’ll develop referral networks and raise awareness of the service, with roughly half your time spent on client care and the other half on community building.
