Practice Nurse (GP Clinic) – Flexible Hours & Growth

Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our established team in Barking and Dagenham. You will deliver assessment, screening and treatment services within a GP practice, providing patient advice on general health and minor ailments and referring to GPs when appropriate.

You will collect, store and dispatch pathology specimens, support QOF management and clinical audits, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
