Lab Animal Technician – Mice Care & Welfare

Mary Lyon Centre at MRC Harwell is seeking a dedicated animal care technician to join the team. The role involves husbandry of laboratory mice, health monitoring, cage cleaning, and meticulous record keeping under Home Office licensing.

You will work 36 hours per week on-site at Harwell, and the contract runs until 31 March 2028. Essential qualifications include 5 GCSEs, Institute of Animal Technology Level 2 Diploma, and a Home Office Licence.
