Croydon Health Services is hiring a Band 4 Nursing Associate/Associate Practitioner to support adult community services in Croydon. The post works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based nursing care in patients’ homes.
Applicants should hold a Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice/Adult Care and possess strong clinical, communication and team-working skills. A clean driving licence and use of a car are required, with staff able to access child care facilities.
