Job Description:
Sciensus is seeking a Specialist Nurse to provide patient-centered care in patients’ homes across Glasgow and surrounding areas. The role supports early hospital discharge and prevents unnecessary admissions, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and compassionate care.
The position is 30 hours per week over 4 days (including occasional weekends) with autonomous, varied responsibilities and strong development opportunities.
