Residential Childcare Officer: Trauma-Informed

Hartlepool is seeking a Residential Social Care Officer with a passion for working with children to help them build skills for a positive future. You will support children to access activities, trips and hobbies and work across teams to foster a supportive environment.

The role requires trauma-informed practice, excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work unsocial hours including early mornings, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and bank holidays. Training may be provided.
