Deputy Manager, Children’s Home — Care Team Leader

SCR social care is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist the Registered Manager in guiding a children’s residential home. You will lead a dedicated team of Support Workers, working closely with children and families to support emotional, social and developmental needs.

You will oversee care plans, safeguarding, record-keeping, staff scheduling and performance management, while driving continuous improvement and career progression within the organisation.
