Job Description:
Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a CYPMH Practitioner for children and young people with mental health needs. The post welcomes Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with recent CYPMH experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will deliver profession-specific mental health interventions, assess needs with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to care plans while involving families throughout care.
