Female Complex Care Healthcare Assistant

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our specialist team in Woking. At Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd, we provide bespoke, high-quality care to clients with complex clinical needs in their own homes.

You will be supporting a client who requires assistance with complex manual handling needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Shift Pattern & Paid Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Handling: Safely moving and handling the client using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Personal Care: Providing comprehensive personal care while respecting the client’s dignity and independence.
• PEG Feeding and Medication
• Medication Administration
• Stoma Care

What We Are Looking For:

• Driving Requirement: You must be a driver with access to a reliable vehicle, as navigating to the location requires personal transport.
• Previous experience working as an HCA in a complex care or intensive care environment.
• Desirable experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation is highly desirable (clinical support and guidance is provided by our nursing leadership).
• Strong competency in safe manual handling practices.
• A reliable, punctual professional who lives within a commutable distance of the KT20 postcode.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
